We are the perfect destination for enthusiasts and amateurs alike to take part in birdwatching at Wicksteed Park!
The RSPB’S Big Garden Birdwatch 2025 is taking place this January from the 24th until the 26th, making it the perfect time of year to visit the park for bird watching. You can pick up RSPB’s guide from our reception area during the dates above to help support their survey. To celebrate all the birds that call Wicksteed Park home, there will be a photo exhibition in the Learning Centre displaying beautiful images of birds taken in our park. You can visit this exhibition on the following dates:
Thursday 16th of January 10am – 3pm
Wednesday 22nd of January 11am – 1pm
Thursday 23rd of January 10am – 3pm
Saturday 25th of January 11am – 2pm
Wednesday 29th of January 11am – 1pm
Thursday 30th of January 10am – 3pm
