The Reception is located under the clock tower in the precinct.

We love animals at Wicksteed Park but we do ask that dog owners be responsible when bringing along their furry friends! We do ask that dogs be kept on a lead at all times and that they wait outside out the Giftshop & Café.

Please do not feed our wildlife as it interferes with their lifestyle and habitat.

No as BBQs at Wicksteed Park are permanently banned, unless you are camping where you can use a freestanding BBQ.

Park Tickets

You can buy your Ride Wristband tickets online in advance or on the day at our ticket booth located opposite the gift shop.

All tickets for events must be pre-booked online.

After you book your tickets, we will send you a confirmation E-mail of your order. You will need to show these to our staff at the Online collection Ticket booth.

If you placed an order and didn’t receive your confirmation order, don’t worry! Drop us an E-mail at and we can assist you further!

Tickets can be collected from our admissions desk by reception. Alternatively, tickets may be collected from the hut by the Adventure Zone, if this unit is not open please use our main admissions desk.

Please note: Tickets will be placed on wrists by our staff members to ensure they are secure

As per our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases including Ride Wristbands/Tickets.

We don’t currently accept the blue light card.

We don’t currently accept Tesco vouchers for our Ride Wristband tickets.

Customer Service

If you have any issues, concerns or feedback you wish to forward to our team, please visit our reception desk.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us hasn’t been satisfactory. If you would like to issue a complaint, please talk to a member of staff at the Park’s Reception during your visit where our team will do their best to offer a solution on the day.

If your issue could not be resolved, or if you wish to escalate this complaint further, please E-mail . Your complaint will then be raised with a member of our management team who will further investigate your complaint. Please allow up to 14 days for your complaint to be investigated before a member of our staff will contact you.

If you lose your child, please visit our Park Reception to report a missing child who will then assist in searching for your missing child.

You can also call our Security Team on 07483 112045 who will be able to assist you further.

If you have found a missing child, please alert the closest available staff member. If you are unable to locate a team member, please accompany the child to the Park Reception.

If you have lost an Item, please visit Reception, and provide a description of the item and last known location. Our team will do their best to assist you further and check for any items that have been/handed in as lost property.

Please note that we only hold these items for a maximum of 1 week.

If we have your items, you must collect them from the Park’s Reception.


We have various points of locations for the toilets in the park. Main Toilets are situation between the Giftshop & Theatre

First aid is only available on park days.

We do not currently offer any lockers or storage for guests.

We have various points where you can pay for parking. Our primary pay points are located.

  1. To the Left of the Theatre (Where we hold the Wicky Bear’s Shows)
  2. Just outside the Adventure Zone ticket booth hut.

Payment Methods: There are multiple ways to settle your parking fees. We encourage visitors to read the notices around the park for detailed payment options and ensure timely payment before exiting the premises. You can pay online by scanning the QR to pay.

Please note that a fine will be levied on vehicles exiting without payment.


We do not currently offer electric car parking.

All visits for these reasons must sign in at reception on arrival, if you have pre-agreed validated parking, you must provide your registration prior or on the day to our reception team.
