We ask all shoes are removed but socks must be worn at all times. Arms and legs must be covered. All jewellery, badges and sharp objects must be removed. We ask that any children who are feeling unwell or poorly not use the equipment and that any children wearing glasses or contact lenses take extra care.

All personal items (such as money, phones) must be left with an adult/guardian – Wicksteed Park accepts no liability for any losses, damage or theft.

We request in line with government recommendations that guests wear a mask as appropriate whilst inside and sanitise their hands regularly.

Please note max-age for Wicky’s Play Factory is 8 years old.

We ask for a non returnable deposit of £105 to secure the party booking and the final balance to be paid for two weeks in advance of the party. If any additional guests are added to the booking on the day we cannot guarantee there will be space for them unless this has been agreed in advance; although, we will always do our best to accommodate.

Party payments are non refundable or transferable in the event that a party guest does not turn up.

All party guests must be accompanied in the building by an adult/ caregiver who will be responsible for them whilst on site.

For parties booked during the day the party package will include up to 90 minutes play on the Play Equipment and 30 minutes for food in their dedicated party section following this.

For exclusive parties booked in the evenings guests will be permitted access from 5:30pm and will need to vacate the building by 7:30pm.

Guest are welcome to provide their own birthday cake but this cannot be stored by the company for them.

If Guests are bringing a cake into Wickys Play Factory or have booked an exclusive party venue hire without our food package they will need to sign a disclaimer in order to be able to bring their own catering into the building. During normal opening hours guests are not permitted to bring in their own catering other than a birthday cake.
