Well-being walks

Join us at the park this Summer for one of our well-being walks! This Wellbeing Walk meets every Wednesday at 10am outside of Carlo’s Courtyard! The walk will be approximately 1 hour/ 2miles with a shorter option also available.

You don’t need any special equipment – just suitable shoes, clothes and we recommend you bring along a bottle of water.

Wellbeing Walks are volunteer led, friendly and local! Everyone is welcome to come along to meet some new people and enjoy our beautiful park.

Park walks

Explore the beauty of Wicksteed Park this Summer by enjoying leisurely strolls around the beautiful park, lake and meadows.

Whether you are seeking a quiet moment of reflection surrounded by nature or a family stroll, Wicksteed Park offers charming beauty like no other.

During your time exploring the park, you may even spot Percy the Peacock roaming around in Splash zone, or the beautiful wild birds following gliding around the lake.

Please remember a brolly or a jacket as a sunny day doesn’t guarantee the unpredictable British weather won’t take a turn for the worst! But no matter whether it decides to rain or shine, Wicksteed Park is a stunning destination for a walk.
