Help Make Christmas Special with Mother Christmas

Spread the joy of Christmas this year by helping Mother Christmas ensure all of Northamptonshire’s children have a gift to open.

Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is currently working with over 5000 families across the county, many of whom are disadvantaged, vulnerable and in need.

Mother Christmas, also known as Jeanette Walsh, is collecting donations of brand-new gifts, toys, make-up, gift vouchers, toiletries, socks and sweat treats to help make Christmas magical for every child in Northamptonshire. Gifts for all ages are needed, with a specific focus on teenagers.

Wicksteed Park will be acting as a drop off point for donations. If you do wish to donate anything you can drop it off in the reception from now up until the second week of December.

If you wish to contact Mother Christmas, email her at jwalsh7258@gmail.com.

Wicksteed Charitable Trust: Join Us in Securing Our Future

Wicksteed Park has been a cornerstone of family fun, community events, and natural beauty for over 100 years. As the birthplace of modern play equipment, it holds a unique place in history, and in the hearts of generations. However, the park's future as a free to access site is at risk. The Wicksteed Charitable Trust needs your help to keep the park open, free, and thriving.
