Choose your steed upon our beautiful Golden Gallopers carousel and take a ride as far as your imagination will allow.
A magnificent wooden carousel, beautiful during the day and spectacular in low light evenings with lights ablaze, rich in gold and gorgeous colours. The Wicksteed Park Carousel is a Victorian fantasy populated by a team of beautiful gilded horses which transport our visiting riders in ever-increasing circles to the musical sounds from an old style organ within the centre of the Carousel.
This bygone ride offers a chance to escape the everyday and rediscover life’s simple pleasures at Wicksteed Park.

Wicksteed Charitable Trust
The Wicksteed Charitable Trust receives no regular external funding to help maintain the park as a truly unique, freely accessible public space.
You can help to preserve the park for future generations by making donations. All money raised is used to help maintain the park and its grounds.
