Wicky’s Play Factory is an exciting, indoor play area that your little ones will love! Let their imagination run wild whilst they explore all the soft play areas. Whilst the little ones explore the thrilling slides and joyous ball pits, adults can relax in the café area with a hot drink and a bite to eat.

Whether you’re a local or visiting Kettering, it promises an experience like no other.

Time Slots at Wicky's Play Factory

When reserving a spot, please make sure to arrive within your designated time slot. During peak hours, it’s important for us to ensure that every child gets their fair share of playtime! If you arrive in the middle of a time slot, you might be notified that your play session will be slightly shorter. This measure is in place to guarantee the optimal experience for all guests and to allow our staff sufficient time to sanitise the area before welcoming our next visitors.

Exclusive Evenings at Wicky’s

Wicky’s Play Factory is available for exclusive hire on selected days between 5:30pm – 7:30pm.

Exclusive use includes exclusive play for your guests for two hours!

Yummy food is also available to book and there are lots of exciting extras you can look into, such as a visit from Wicky Bear!

We have a range of flexible party packages available and even the option to hire for exclusive use.

Important Play Factory Information

To be able to enjoy Wicky’s Play Factory, visitors must be 8 years of age or under.

Wicky’s Play Factory has admission prices to enter and is NOT included with the Ride Wristbands / Ride Tickets.

Admission price allows guests up to 2hours of play.

All Children must be accompanied in the building by a responsible adult.

Ticket purchases to Wicky’s Play Factory are non-refundable and non transferable.

Car Parking is available on-site.

This is operated via an ANPR camera system by an external company.

There are multiple ways to settle your parking fees. We encourage visitors to read the notices around the park for detailed payment options and ensure timely payment before exiting the premises. You can pay online by scanning the QR to pay.

Wicky’s Play Factory is all about having fun!

There are some important rules though to keep everyone safe. There is no smoking in the play area, this is strictly prohibited. We also allow no food, drink or chewing gum or glassware in the soft play area.

We ask all shoes are removed but socks must be worn at all times.

Arms and legs must be covered.

All jewellery, badges and sharp objects must be removed.

We ask that any children who are feeling unwell or poorly not use the equipment and that any children wearing glasses or contact lenses take extra care.

All personal items (such as money, phones) must be left with an adult/guardian – Wicksteed Park accepts no liability for any losses, damage or theft.

Please note max-age for Wicky’s Play Factory is 8 years old.

For child protection reasons we have CCTV in operation at all times.

We are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of this children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen.

Parental supervision is essential at all times.

"We all had a fantastic time here plenty of car parking. Me, my daughter, Niece, and Grandson and there's lots to do here, including lovely walks and fun rides, plenty of eating places too. We took our own picnic though there were plenty of seating areas. We were able to buy extra drinks and ice lolly on our walk around the rides. Plenty of toilet facilities too. The staff were lovely and friendly here, would definitely recommend it here for a fun day out."

"First time visiting this park and wasn’t disappointed. Such a lovely place. Couldn’t decide to either buy wristbands or tokens. Family of four. Two adults. 6 year old and nearly 2 year old 0.8m tall. Wristbands were the cheaper option in the end. Staff friendly and happy. Food was really tasty. We ate in the American diner. We couldn’t do the whole park we got there at midday so we ran out of time. We will come back and come earlier in the day."

"We had a lovely day at the park on a very busy day, it was an amazingly good value day out. It is still incredibly popular mostly down to affordable rides and free play park. We visited twice in the summer holidays, we bought tickets both times as with the length of queues we had only managed to get on two rides in the first hour and a half. So you couldn’t of got on 22 rides to make the wrist band better value. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a track with cars to drive as in previous years. As with little boys that is a firm favourite"

"We camped at Wickstead park this weekend for our annual camping trip with friends and kids (age range 15 - 13). Booking was very easy and great communication with reception. The site is very clean, as are the facilities and there is lots for the kids to do. Its a very safe site and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!"
