All you have to do is send us a portrait video telling us what your favourite thing is about Wicksteed Park with your name, age, contact details, and consent to use your video across social media and our website. Please send your entry to marketing@wicksteedpark.org.
This competition closes on Sunday 3rd December, and the winner will be contacted on Monday 4th December.

- The winner will be drawn randomly. All entrants will be listed and allocated a number, and a random number will be generated using online software. The winner will be whomever has been allocated that number.
- You must do the following to enter the competition:

Wicksteed Park Launched New Hedgehog Charter
Hedgehogs play a vital role within our ecosystems, predating on pest species such as beetles and grubs, aerating the soil and dispersing seeds. They are a gardener’s best friend! Their presence is a good sign of a healthy environment. Hedgehogs live in a variety of habitats including woodland, farmland, parks and gardens. They can also thrive in urban areas.
NOTICE: Permissive footpath closed from 3rd November 2025
The permissive footpath that runs along the River Ise from Barton Road to Cheyne Walk will be closed on Monday 3rd November 2025 for 4-6 weeks to carry out river restoration works.
