What to do at Wicksteed Park Mother’s Day 2026

Mother’s Day 2026 is just around the corner and if you’re tying to figure out what to do, Wicksteed Park has a range of activities to celebrate.

From prosecco and pizza, to tea and crafts, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Here are activities you can do at Wicksteed Park to celebrate:

Enjoy Lunch at Carlo’s

This Mother’s Day, come enjoy as much pizza, pasta and salad as you can eat at Carlo’s!

It is £9.50 per child and £15.50 per adult, and all mums will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco to celebrate the day!

Beer, wine and soft drinks will also be available to purchase.

Carlo’s is located in the Garden Room where you can take in gorgeous views of the park whilst you refuel before going back on the rides or for a stroll around the park.

Play Together

Connect and celebrate Mother’s Day with your little ones through play!

Play and explore our traditional playground that offers a wide range of fun from slides and swings, to climbing frames and see-saws.

Wicky’s Play Factory is an exciting, indoor play area where children’s imagination can run wild! Whilst the little ones explore the slides and ball pits, adults can relax in the café area with a hot drink and a bite to eat. Find out more and book here!

Crafternoon Tea

Join us on the 14th of March 2026 from 12pm until 3pm in the Terrace Suite for Crafternoon Tea, the perfect Mother’s Day activity!

You will have the opportunity to have go at creating gorgeous paper craft flowers using book pages and tissue paper, taught by Nic Bassinder of NixieMade.

All skill levels are welcome so if you are a paper flower pro, or a first timer, this event will be perfect for you.

All craft materials will be provided.

This fun and engaging session is sure to work up an appetite, so once the craft section ends you can dive into a delicious high tea spread.

Tickets for Crafternoon Tea are £35 per person and spaces are limited so make sure you book your tickets online here!
