Could Your Dog Be Wicksteed Park’s New Santa Paws?

Wicksteed Park is a dog-friendly urban park in Kettering, Northamptonshire. One way the park likes to include dogs in the fun, is the annual Santa Paws in the Park event.

Santa Paws in the Park is a festive dog show where the local community can show off their dog’s waggy tail, or best Christmas jumper. It is back for a third year and this time Wicksteed Park is looking to make one of your dog’s the official Santa Paws of 2026.

Santa Paws is the very special judge at Santa Paws in the Park. They help make the final decision of the runner up and winner of each category, including Best in Show!

All you need to do is share a photo or video of your dog underneath the dedicated post on Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok, or by private message on social media.

To be eligible for Santa Paws, your dog must:

  • Be friendly with dogs and humans
  • Be available on 28th November 2026 for Santa Paws in the Park
  • Have a festive outfit for the event

You have until 19th October 2026 to submit your dog for Santa Paws. We will then contact all shortlisted pups to come into the park to meet the team for final auditions.

Good luck and the team are very excited to choose the next Santa Paws.
