Wine Tasting is Back at Wicksteed Park for 2026!

Handpicked Wine Box is bringing wine tasting back to Wicksteed Park this March!

Our first wine tasting with Handpicked Wine Box in November 2025 was a huge success and we received great feedback from guests.

We asked the guests what they sipped, savoured and loved most about the evening. Here’s what they had to say:

“Nice to try wines I wouldn’t normally try. Nice sociable evening too.”

“The presentation by Becky was excellent & I learnt a lot about the wine making process.”

“Welcoming staff, lovely venue, choice of wines, whole experience, great nibbles and well organised.”

“Loved trying the wines that may not have tried before.”

“Becky was knowledgeable and friendly.”

“All of it! Very informative. Tried wines I wouldn’t normally drink. Buy local. Food was delicious.”

If you want to welcome the new season with an evening of great wine, good company and relaxed springtime vibes, come along to our next wine tasting evening on the 20th March 2026.

The Wildlife Lodge with Kettering Nature Group

Kettering Nature Group (KNG) is working with Wicksteed Park to create something special: a building that will be alive with wildlife. This project, called The Living Lodge, will turn an ordinary structure into a sanctuary. Bat boxes, bird boxes, insect hotels, climbing plants, and rainwater features will all be part of the design. Every wall and corner will be used to give nature a home.
