Easter Eggstravaganza

Hop into Easter fun at Wicksteed Park’s Easter Eggstravaganza!

From April 5th to 21st, 10:30 am – 5 pm, enjoy two weeks of thrills, laughter, and family fun. Ride exciting attractions, explore the park, and meet Wicky Bear as he walks about the park!

Wristbands start at £22 for unlimited rides, with family tickets starting from £56 for a family of 3. Kids under 0.9m enter FREE with a paying adult.

Easter Bunny Ball

Make this Easter unforgettable at Wicksteed Park’s Easter Bunny Ball!

Join us on April 17th from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm for an egg-citing family party filled with games, music, and Easter magic! Dance along to disco classics with Wicky Bear and take part in a thrilling Easter egg competition. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged—bring your best Easter outfit!

Tickets: £7 per child, £2.50 per adult, and £2 for under-1s. Regular parking charges apply. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Easter Eggstravaganza

Explore the park

Let your little ones run wild this Spring in our 147 acres of lush parklands! Play and explore our traditional playground that offers a wide range of fun from slides and swings, to climbing frames and see-saws.

Go for a stroll around our stunning lake and feed our ducks and wild birds with some healthy feed from the duck feeding station near the lake and sandpit!

If you want to get the whole family involved in a friendly game of football, rounders or cricket, our fields are the perfect place to set up and get playing!

Or if you are a nature lover, take on one of our nature trails starting in the arboretum and explore the meadows or venture into our further 134 acres of meadows and explore the park’s different conservation areas.

Well-Being Walks

Are you looking to get outdoors more? Join us at Wicksteed Park for a Wellbeing Walk!

Wellbeing Walk group will meet every Wednesday at 10am outside of Carlo’s Courtyard! The walk will be approximately 1 hour/ 2miles with a shorter option also available.

Wellbeing Walks are volunteer led, friendly and local! Everyone is welcome to come along!

You don’t need any special equipment – just suitable shoes, clothes and we recommend you bring along a bottle of water.

Magical Afternoon at the Musicals

Magical Afternoon at the Musicals with Afternoon Tea is coming to Wicksteed Park!

Join us on April 23, 2025, from 12 pm – 4 pm for a spellbinding afternoon of musicals and a delightful afternoon tea. Enjoy breathtaking vocals, incredible music, and stunning costumes in a spectacular show!

Tickets are £45 per person, or £42 each for groups of 20+. Your ticket includes a delicious afternoon tea and parking.

Back to the 80’s Night

Step back in time for a bodacious night of 80s music, dancing, and fun at Wicksteed Park’s Back to the 80’s Night! On Friday, May 2, 2025, from 7:30 pm – Midnight, enjoy Big Bopper Entertainment and live performances from Pure Genius, winners of the Northamptonshire Music Awards Party Band Award.

Rock your best 80s fancy dress – the bolder, the better! Delicious basket meals and drinks will be available.

Tickets: £15 per person (includes parking).

Magical Afternoon at the Musicals

Wicky’s Play Factory

Searching for an indoor activity to do with your little ones? Wicky’s Play Factory is the place for you!

Wicky’s Play Factory is an exciting, indoor play area where children’s imagination can run wild! Whilst the little ones explore the slides and ball pits, adults can relax in the café area with a hot drink and a bite to eat.

Time for Tots

Join us every Thursday and Friday during term time for Time for Tots, a fun-filled outdoor adventure for little ones! Enjoy limited rides and attractions, plus nature and craft activities. Don’t forget to meet Wicky Bear on his park walkabouts!

Rides open: Astroslide, Carousel, Crazy Golf, Cups & Saucers, Roundabout, Meerkat Manor, Wicksteed Railway, and Wicky’s Farmyard (10 am – 4 pm).

Festival of Nature

Join us on May 24, 2025, from 10:30 am – 5 pm for Kettering Nature Group’s first-ever Festival of Nature – a free family-friendly event celebrating wildlife and conservation!

Enjoy expert-led nature walks, bug hunts, citizen science activities, and practical tips on making your garden wildlife-friendly. Kids will love the hands-on arts, crafts, and nature activities running throughout the day!

Guest speaker Dr. Mark Avery, co-founder of Wild Justice, will share insights on conservation. Plus, enjoy live folk music, storytelling, and local conservation stalls.

Entry is FREE for the festival (parking charges apply) with park wristbands from £22 for unlimited rides.

Crafternoon

Unleash your inner creativity at one of our weekly adults Crafternoon sessions!

These fun craft sessions take place every Thursday and is a great opportunity to explore different types of art and meet like-minded individuals.

Sessions run from 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm!
