What to do at Wicksteed Park this February half-term

Here’s what you can do at Wicksteed Park this February half-term:

Feb Family Fun

Dive into a world of excitement this February half-term at Feb Family Fun! From 17th of February until the 25th of February from 11am until 4pm, you can join us for an exciting line-up that the whole family can enjoy.

Attractions open for Wicksteed Park’s Feb Family Fun include the Carousel, the Swayrider, Wicky’s Farmyard, crazy golf, and Wicky Bear’s theatre. Wicky Bear shows will be running every day at 11am, 1pm and 3pm so why not come along to sing and dance with Wicky Bear himself as Rudy, Jerry and friends help Wicky get fit!

If you want to grab a bit to eat in between all the excitement, Carlo’s Courtyard will also be open!

Tickets for Feb Family Fun are only £6 per person when you purchase online or £8 per person when you purchase on the day, making it affordable fun everyone can enjoy!

Wicky’s Play Factory

Make this half-term an adventure for the little ones at Wicky’s Play Factory! Bursting with laughter and excitement, Wicky’s Play Factory is the perfect destination for kids to explore, climb, and play to their heart’s content.

With a vibrant indoor soft play area full of slides, tunnels, and joyous ball pits, it’s a haven for endless fun. Let the kids unleash their energy while you relax in a welcoming and warm environment.

Puddle jumping

If February ends up being wet and rainy, why not bring your family for some puddle jumping fun! With rain boots on, enjoy splashing through puddles of all sizes.

Wicky Bear’s Adventure competition

For a chance to win 4 free tickets to our March launch weekend, get involved with our Wicky Bear Adventure competition! All you need to do is take a photo of your cuddly Wicky Bear toy having an adventure at Wicksteed Park this half-term.

Post your adventure photo onto Facebook or Instagram, tag us in the post and use the hashtag #wickybearsadventure to be entered into the competition!

The deadline is the 29th of February 2024, and the winner will be announced on the 4th of March 2024 on our Facebook and Instagram page.

Heritage Now

Heritage Now is a six-week placement programme with the Wicksteed Park Community and Heritage Team. The placement is a flexible programme that can be tailored to your interests and skills taking place one day a week over six weeks.

Rare black poplar trees planted at Wicksteed Park

As a part of National Tree Week last month, running from November 25th until December 3rd, Wicksteed Park planted 13 rare black poplar trees on the estate's South Meadow. This is apart of a local couple's efforts to reintroduce the species to Northamptonshire.
