Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but World Mental Health Day is a great day to show your support for better mental health and start looking after your own well-being. Join our education and learning team for:
- Guided Seated Meditation
- Breathing Techniques
We will also have mindfulness walking guides available to take away as you enjoy the green spaces of the park.

- Breathing Techniques at 10:30 am
- Drop-in Activities from 11-1 pm
