@Play Well-being activities

As part of the @Play National Lottery Heritage Funded Project, we have a great summer season of Free well-being activities on offer for over 16s. 

Starting on Monday 9th August join our seated Yoga session, a gentle introduction to build flexibility.

Monday’s 9th, 16th, 23rd August, and 6th September, starts at 2pm sessions last approx. 45 minutes.

Tai Chi
From Tuesday 10th we have a beginners Tai Chi session, Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for defence training, health benefits, and meditation.

Tuesday’s 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and 7th September, starts at 10.30am till 11.30am

Mindful Craft
A weekly Mindful Craft Session will take place on Wednesday afternoons with a range of slow craft activity on offer from weaving to crochet

Wednesday 11th, 18th, 25th August and 1st September, starts at 2pm to 4pm 

Well-Being Walks
To complete the season, we have two Well-Being walks, these 45 minute guided walks will be at a leisurely place exploring the grounds.

Friday 13th and 27th August 11am—12noon

All sessions are Free to participate in, donations welcome and will take place or start at the Learning Space, limited spaces available to book a space or for further information please email or call the community and Heritage Team on 01536 512475
