Do you want to strengthen your body? Want to clear your mind? This summer we’re offering the opportunity to join us for our Tai Chi classes. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practised for defence training, health benefits and meditation. Sessions last approx. 45 minutes.

Sessions run Tuesday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th
